NEW Community Grants

Announcing NEW Community Grants

Our new Community Grants are inspired by our commitment to innovative funding. By identifying smaller mental health partners, we can broaden our reach and strengthen access to mental health care in Jackson County. These one-year grants will expand niche and specialized whole-person services.

You’ll find eligibility and application process details on our Community Grants page. We also invite you to attend our April 13 Zoom meeting, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions specifically related to your services.

Fee for Service Grants

Fee for Service Grants

In partnership with CMHF, approved network agencies offer an array of pre-certified mental health services to meet the unique and varying needs of uninsured and underinsured Jackson County residents.

Learn about our fee-for-service mental health care contract network, documentation requirements, and more on our Fee for Service page.

Value-Based Payment

Value-Based Payment

Existing CMHF network agencies can earn additional Value-Based Payment (VBP) funding by documenting performance and treatment advances based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tied to their services.

The quarterly performance reports they provide are scored and earn them funds that can be reinvested in mental health programming enhancements, including but not limited to access to care, staff retention, and training.

Ready to earn additional funds based on performance and outcomes? Visit our Value-Based Payments page to learn about self-assessment tools, training, and encouraging success stories from our network partners who are already benefiting from their VBP participation.
